To God be the glory!

Two weeks seems like a lifetime ago. The intervening days have presented their challenges, mentally, physically and spiritually. Some of those days were dark days for Merrill. I wondered what the outcome would be, trying to be prepared for whatever might be the end result. Today, though, it has become much more evident that his vision is indeed improving. A little while ago, he wrote on facebook and that is the first time in more than 3 weeks. He is able to enlarge and bold the print so that he can see it, but that is more than he could do for the last 3 weeks. We took a long walk outdoors this afternoon and he walked much more confidently than he was able to just a few days ago. We are very thankful and just want to thank everyone who has unceasingly lifted us up in prayer. This is truly one of those situations that only God can bring the resolution of it. Praise God for the healing.
